Physician Referral
CareNet offers Physician Referral services to hospitals, physician groups, and health systems so that callers requiring information about physicians, board-certified specialists, hospitals, dentists, and urgent care facilities in their area can be appropriately directed to their community resources. We survey the landscape of in-network relationships to help members use their benefits to their advantage. In the very unlikely case that no suitable match is found, we help patients find care outside of the network.
