John is the President of CareNet with 25 years experience as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) executive. Previous to CareNet, John created West Corporation Outbound in San Antonio, Texas. Within 10 years, they became the market leader with revenues of over $200M and 8,500 employees in 17 facilities nationwide. John led West Outbound to become the largest and most profitable sales company in the Industry, ranked #1 in size for 7 consecutive years by Call Center Solutions magazine. John developed long-term strategic client relationships with major corporations including BellSouth, Citibank, Chase Bank, Allstate, Sears, Southwestern Bell, AT&T Long Distance, Wireless and Universal Card.
Vikie Spulak
Executive Vice President
Vikie serves as the Executive Vice President and is responsible for overseeing the operation, from Clinical Services, Member Services, Account Management and Finance to Information Services ensuring our high standards of quality service and care are achieved. A veteran in her field, Vikie has 15 years of experience in client and contact center management, specializing in helping clients grow revenue and build long lasting relationships. She spent the majority of her career in high-level management positions working for two of the nations largest and most respected outsourced contact center providers.
Jeffrey VanGelderen, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Medical Director
As CareNet's Medical Director, Dr. VanGelderen oversees the quality and service of our clinical operation and is the senior leader on our Quality Management Committee. Dr. VanGelderen is a board-certified practicing Pediatrician and CareNet's Medical Director. Dr. VanGelderen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor or Arts in Biology and graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his Pediatric residency at the William Beaumont Hospital. Dr. VanGelderen is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Prior to joining CareNet, Dr. VanGelderen served five years as the Medical Director for MedConnection, a nurse triage call center.
Lynda Trafton, Registered Nurse
Vice President, Clinical Services
Lynda oversees CareNet's operation for all clinical services, including training and quality. Lynda brings more than 22 years of healthcare experience, including both management and clinical responsibilities. Lynda graduated from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and from the University of Alaska, Anchorage with her RN degree. The first 11 years of her nursing career focused on emergency medicine, serving as staff and management in a variety of adult and pediatric ED settings. For the past 11 years Lynda has worked in the tele-health Industry. Prior to joining CareNet, Lynda served 10 years in various management roles with Optum and McKesson Health Solutions.
Jason J. Kelly
Director, Operations
As the Director of Service Operations, Jason is responsible for non-clinical operations at Carenet. Jason has 15 years of call center operations, training and quality management experience on both inbound and outbound sales and customer service platforms. Jason's passion for training and development of staff ensures the non-clinical personnel are ready and able to deliver accurate and quality results. Jason also has extensive experience in program implementation and process improvement which has proven to be vital in the success of new client relationships.
Elisa Dempsey
Director, Member Services
As the Member Services Director, Elisa is responsible for the management of our Member Services Operation. Providing excellent, quality customer service and care in the healthcare industry has been Elisa's focus for the past 15 years. Elisa started her career in the managed care arena working with claims processing, physician referrals, billing and contracting. CareNet recently honored Elisa for 10 years of exceptional service and dedication to the company.
Audrey Stephens
Director, Client Services
As the primary client point of contact, Audrey and the Client Services team work closely with clients during the implementation stage and provide on-going account management service. Ensuring that client needs are exceeded has always been Audrey's passion. Audrey has over 15 years of client management experience with one of the nation's largest outsourced contact center providers. She has successfully helped hundreds of clients meet their care, marketing, and revenue projections.
Kirk Woods
Director, Information Technology
Kirk Woods serves as the company's Director of Information Services and is responsible for technology development, IT operation maintenance and expansion, new technology product assessment/development and security and quality leadership. Before joining CareNet, Kirk applied his technical expertise in a wide variety of sectors to including: Industry leading outsourced contact center providers, PC manufacturing and the Financial Industry. Kirk as over 15 years experience in systems integration, software development, virtualization, systems administration, and database systems.
