Our friendly Patient Care Coordinators assist patients and members with client specific care coordination. CareNet provides ongoing training programs to both its Care Advisors (Registered Nurses) and Patient Care Coordinators.
CareNet's highly skilled and experienced registered nurses give care recommendations by using McKesson/Barton Schmitt MD clinical protocols and guidelines to determine the appropriate level of care.
CareNet's friendly, knowledgeable Client Services staff is available to help you with your current services or to speak with you about CareNet's additional features or products. They also provide support to you and your staff, or collaborate with you on other cost effective solutions.
